As everything is printed especially for you, please allow up to 10 days from order to delivery. During particularly busy periods, such as Bank Holidays or seasonal peaks, things can occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

Your Rebel Gecko Insulated Bottle has an important job: keeping the hot stuff hot and the cold stuff cold.

Here's how to keep it doing exactly that.

1. Hand wash only: Warm water, mild washing-up liquid and a soft bottle brush or sponge are all you need.

2. Give the lid some attention: Wash around the drinking areas, seals and moving parts regularly. Drinks have an impressive ability to find tiny places to hide.

3. Skip the dishwasher: High temperatures and harsh dishwasher cycles aren't great friends with printed finishes, lids or insulated bottles.

4. No microwave: Stainless steel. Microwave. You know where this is going.

5. Let it dry properly: Store it with the lid off until everything is completely dry. Trapped moisture is nobody's friend.

6. Avoid the heavy artillery: No abrasive scourers, bleach or harsh cleaning products.

The bottom line: Wash it by hand, let it dry properly and it'll keep coming along for paddles, swims, hikes, commutes and all the bits in between.
