We don't keep shelves full of mugs waiting around looking hopeful. Yours is printed especially for you once you place your order.

Most orders arrive within 4-6 days of placing your order.

After that, once your mug's on its way, you're legally entitled to:

→ Refresh the tracking page every six minutes, or

→ Carry on drinking from your old mug until its replacement unexpectedly turns up

Both are perfectly reasonable approaches. We don't judge.

As everything is printed especially for you, please allow up to 10 days from order to delivery. During particularly busy periods, such as Bank Holidays or seasonal peaks, things can occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to keep you updated if that happens.

Your Rebel Gecko Mug is fairly low-maintenance. Which is exactly what we want from a mug.

1. Dishwasher? Absolutely: It's dishwasher-safe, so there's no need for ceremonial hand washing.

2. Microwave? Also fine: Forgotten your coffee until it's gone cold? Pop it in the microwave and pretend that was always the plan.

3. Avoid the aggressive stuff: Abrasive scourers and harsh cleaners can eventually dull the glossy finish and printed design, so there's no need to attack it.

4. Try not to drop it: We realise this is fairly obvious, but ceramic remains stubbornly committed to being ceramic.

The bottom line: Dishwasher, microwave, cupboard. Repeat as necessary. Your mug should cope perfectly well with normal everyday life.
